Caroline Sada is a serial social entrepreneur with a strong background in PR, Marketing and Sales. As the leader of MAC expansion and sales stores in of the Caribbean Region, she is experienced in establishing teamwork and leadership skills for emerging economies. After the devastating earthquake in 2010 in Haiti, she decided to leave her well paid job and future career to return to her home country and help it rebuild. She reconstructed a school in Cite Soleil – the biggest slum in the western hemisphere. Through her continuous support, 300 children now have access to education and care and thereby a future perspective in one of the most impoverished neighborhoods in the country. In 2014, she founded Ayiti Natives – a natural beauty product line that gives jobs to over 500 farmers (mostly women) in rural Haiti. Caroline holds a BA in International Relations and Sociology and a MBA from the American InterContinental University in London.
