Streetlights
HADPRE provides the installation, free of charge, of streetlights in the municipalities of Jean-Rabel, Mole St Nicolas and Bombardopolis. By the end of 2019, HADPRE will have 116 lights installed and functional throughout the 3 communities. These lights will guarantee safety by decreasing the likeliness of robberies at night and extend productive hours for the municipalities.
